Define Value
After you create a user in our portal, read our Blog and navigate the materials we start the journey uncovering your unique value proposition with a simple yet powerful template. We may pivot in other templates or resources in our portal. We may define a challenge to address. We try to avoid jumping into transactional business planning until value definition is 100% clear and detailed.

Transition Planning
We are all expecting change, moving upward, inward, outward, aging... Expecting status quo is a "signal". We work with different tools (Templates, books, art, documentaries...) experiences to finalize with a one page transitions plan template. Even if life decides otherwise, having a plan helps ...

Perception based execution
Leadership is the capacity to change realities for good. Your processes should be able to adapt, execute, build toward those realities. In this phase we deep dive together to understand why process may not be delivering the value toward the expected transition. We may jump into business planning templates or just a portion of it or a specific process optimization method.

Rooted in the Catholic tradition. Our value, even as humble as a "fishermen, farmer or carpenter" should expand our light to the world. Through contemplative prayer and practical daily living exercises we aim to connect faith, body and action toward the expansion of perception becoming light for others. That light would provide clarity to our purpose, to our business to our Go to Life, to take care of "The Kingdom Come".
