How to Use These Free Resources — Your Way

You do not need to book anything to begin. All resources are free and available in any order you choose — follow what calls you. The sequence below is simply a suggestion; trust your own instinct on where to start.

Sing. Out loud. From the heart.

Start with the Songs. Play them, sing along, sing loud. Dance if you feel it. Don't perform — release. The voice carries what words alone cannot. Let the music open something in you before you try to think your way through anything.

Watch. Let story and image do their work.

When you're ready, move to the Films or the Paintings. Watch or contemplate slowly. Great film and sacred art bypass the intellect and speak directly to the soul. Notice what stirs — that is information.

Read. Let wisdom land.

Then go to the Articles and Books. Read slowly. One page at a time is enough. The mystics wrote to be tasted, not consumed. Let a sentence sit with you for a day before moving to the next one.

Go deeper with the Presentations.

The Awakening Sessions are structured explorations — pre-recorded visual journeys through the themes that matter most. Take your time with each board. Come back to them.
